Production Facilities

Our factory is situated in Trat and near the plantations. The information about Trat can be found in the description of our plantations.

The secret of our Agarwood oil scent comes from the source of our Trees and water.  At our factory the source of water comes from the spring water nearby well.  The well provides use with a pure spring water that we use to mix the wood and distill in our copper pot.  This unique technique, water resources and the good water quality allow us to get the most out of our distillation process. The factory is about 1.5 hectares large and we have about 50 very skilled workers working in the factory and making sure that there is an optimal distillation process.

AFD currently operates 59 stills which is capable to produce Oudh oil of approximately 4,500 - 5,000 tolas/year or 54 -60 kgs./year. Asia Forestry is currently in an expansion phase and will in 2012 have the largest Oud oil manufacturing facility in Thailand and the first factory in the industry to attain ISO-9001 accreditation.
