We are a key supplier and manufacturer of Oudh Oil and other forestry products for the international market, and have been established in Thailand for more than 6 years.

We have our own Aquilaria plantations and factory situated in Trat and are currently working toward ISO9001.

We are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our company in the position of HR Manager

Job Description:

  • Perform a wide range of HR & general administrative functions including policies & procedures, corporate initiatives, staffing, training, payroll matters, recruitment, visa & work permit for expats, and employee relations.

  • Administer the annual performance management program and compilation of performance appraisal report.
  • Prepare all HR correspondence such as covering appointments, transfers, resignation acceptance letters, etc.
  • Structure staff development program

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female aged 35 years or above
  • Bachelor’s Degree educated, in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • Creative, results oriented, strong leadership with entrepreneurial mind.
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill, and highly service minded.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Computer proficient
